How many free gifts can I order?
Each account is limited to a select Renewal Rewards dollar amount. Orders are subject to editing, cancelling, and refunding if more than the allotted amount is ordered.
Additional items can be purchased via credit card at the listed SixthMan Exclusive discounted prices.
How do I place an order for Free Gifts only?
If your cart is asking you to enter a credit card for your item(s) please go to your cart page and remove the item(s) that increase your cart value higher than your Renewal Rewards dollar credit amount.
Check that your Member ID number is entered at checkout to apply your Renewal Rewards discount. On the checkout page click "Show Order Summary" to enter your STM Renewal Rewards code and apply your discount.
Where can I find sizing information?
Please refer to the size chart listed in the individual product description.
Do I have to pay shipping for my Free Gifts?
No. If you are only ordering your free gift(s) you are eligible for Free Shipping!

Did my order go through?
To redeem your free gifts you must proceed to checkout, add your shipping address, and complete your order.
You can only be certain that your order was completed if you have received an order confirmation email with an order number.
Order numbers are 4-6 numerical digits preceded by the store identifier and hashtag. (ex: PHX#1234).
Your order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during checkout upon order completion. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder!
If you still can’t find your order confirmation email please contact us with as many of the following details you can:
- Your first and last name
- Your SixthMan Member ID number
- Your shipping address
- The email address used to place the order
Can I change my shipping address?
Orders are expected to ship January - February 2025. **Anorak Jackets will ship separately in Early April.
If your order has already been processed or shipped it may be too late to update your shipping address but we will do our best to get your request addressed in a timely manner.
Please contact us with your order number from your email confirmation and your updated shipping address so we can get your order updated immediately.
Can I return/exchange my item(s)?
All Phoenix Suns SixthMan merchandise is made to order and will begin processing and production after the ordering period closes on December 23rd.
Orders are expected to ship January through February 2025. **Reflective Patch Snapback Hats and Anorak Jackets will ship separately in Early April.
You may cancel or edit your order before the ordering period closes on 12/23/2024. Please send an email to suns@somethinginked.com with your order number and desired order changes.
After 12/23/24 all sales are final. Requests for exchanges or refunds will only be accepted due to receiving damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders.
